4. Quotation and Payment
Nyris services are provided based on a quotation via contact. To start any service, a minimum payment of 50% of the agreed amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid as agreed before final delivery.
5. Delivery and Deadlines
Delivery deadlines will be defined in the quotation and may vary depending on project complexity. Changes requested by the client may affect the final deadline.
6. Nyris Responsibilities
Nyris commits to executing services as specified in the quotation using professional techniques but is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or subjective results from service usage.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Nyris harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from misuse of the services or violation of these terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to these Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflicting legal provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
Nyris reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website or notification to the client.
